2. No Legal Advice (US Disclaimer)

EasyCancelDocs is a software tool, NOT a law firm. We do not provide legal advice, legal opinions, or recommendations. Using this service does not create an attorney-client relationship. The generated documents are based solely on your input. You are responsible for reviewing, signing, and sending the document properly.

3. Digital Document Purchases & Correction Policy

Digital document purchases are final once generated. If a digital document contains a confirmed error caused by EasyCancelDocs, and the customer contacts us within 7 days of receiving it, EasyCancelDocs will correct the document at no additional cost.

This does not cover incorrect information entered by the customer, provider decisions, or cancellation outcomes.

This correction policy applies only to eligible Digital Standard, Digital Premium, and Digital Premium Plus purchases. It does not apply to Print & Mail, Clarity Chat, or Personal Assist.

4. AI Generation & "As-Is" Clause

Our documents are generated using automated systems and artificial intelligence. They are provided "as-is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee that third parties (e.g., your gym) will accept the cancellation document, as this depends on their internal policies.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the document generated. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Privacy Policy & Data Retention

We do not intentionally store your document details after generation, except where needed to process payment, deliver your PDF, provide support, prevent fraud, or comply with legal obligations. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full credit card numbers. We do not sell your personal data.

7. Third-Party Providers

EasyCancelDocs uses third-party providers for payment processing, hosting, transactional email delivery, AI-assisted document generation, analytics, and optional Print & Mail processing. These providers may process limited information needed to perform those services. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for more details.
