What We Process

We process the information you enter to generate a cancellation document, such as your name, provider name, state, address details, and optional account reference.

How We Use It

Your information is used to create and deliver your requested document, process checkout through Stripe, provide support if needed, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

Data Retention

We do not intentionally store your document details after generation, except where needed to process payment, deliver your PDF, provide support, prevent fraud, or comply with legal obligations.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. EasyCancelDocs does not store full credit card numbers.

AI Processing

Document details may be sent to an AI provider to generate the cancellation letter at your direction.

Third-Party Service Providers

EasyCancelDocs uses third-party service providers to operate the service, process payments, deliver emails, host the website, assist with document generation, measure usage, and, when selected, support Print & Mail delivery.

These providers may process limited information needed to perform their services, such as order and contact details, cancellation form details, provider and mailing details, payment or transaction data, email delivery data, and usage or analytics data.

Examples include Stripe for payment processing, Resend for transactional email delivery, Vercel for hosting and infrastructure, OpenAI for AI-assisted document generation, Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics for usage analytics, and Lob for optional third-party print and mail processing.

We do not sell personal data. Third-party providers process information according to their own terms, privacy policies, and applicable legal obligations. EasyCancelDocs does not control or guarantee the performance, security practices, delivery timing, or processing outcomes of third-party providers.
