EasyCancelDocs™ provides automated self-help document preparation software. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.

No Guarantee

We do not guarantee that any provider will accept, process, or honor a cancellation request. You are responsible for reviewing, signing, and sending your document properly.

Payments

Purchases are one-time payments for document generation. Prices are shown before checkout.

Print & Mail Delivery

Print & Mail is an optional delivery add-on. EasyCancelDocs™ prepares self-help cancellation documents and may submit a provider-facing mailing PDF to a third-party mailing or postal provider for printing, mailing, tracking, and postal processing. EasyCancelDocs™ does not cancel your service for you, provide legal advice, represent you, or guarantee provider acceptance, delivery timing, provider response, or cancellation outcome.

You are responsible for entering and confirming the provider mailing address. EasyCancelDocs™ does not verify, certify, or guarantee provider addresses. After a mailing PDF is submitted to a mailing provider or postage is purchased, the mailing or postage portion may be non-refundable.

The customer PDF and provider-facing mailing PDF are separate outputs. Premium Plus customer toolkit pages, trackers, follow-up materials, and other customer-only pages are not intended to be mailed to the provider or mailing provider.

Third-Party Services

EasyCancelDocs relies on third-party service providers to operate parts of the service, including payment processing, hosting, transactional email delivery, AI-assisted document generation, analytics, and optional Print & Mail delivery.

For Print & Mail, the provider-facing mailing PDF and mailing details may be submitted to a third-party print and mail provider as described above. EasyCancelDocs does not control postal processing, provider response, delivery timing, or cancellation outcome.

You remain responsible for reviewing your information, confirming the provider mailing address, and deciding whether the generated document fits your situation.

User Responsibility
